Kinston Indians News Release
After rattling off eight straight wins (the most by a K-Tribe team since 2004), Kinston has followed it up by losing eight games in a row. It is the K-Tribe's longest losing streak in more than five seasons. Kinston is now on the outside looking in for the Playoffs. They begin a four game series with Winston-Salem tonight, 3.5 games behind the Warthogs for the final playoff spot. After the series Winston-Salem will head to Frederick for their final four games of the series. Frederick (26-37) will most likely be eliminated from post season contention as Kinston will take on the CL's best - Myrtle Beach (40-23) - for their final four games of the season
