Springfield, MO - Kaden Polcovich homered twice and the Arkansas Travelers roared past the Springfield Cardinals 15-1 on Friday night. Zach DeLoach added a two-run home run as the Travs scored in six of nine innings highlighted by a six-run seventh. Bryce Miller dealt six innings of one-run ball allowing just three hits to earn his second consecutive victory. Polcovich, DeLoach and Riley Unroe paced the Travs with three hits apiece. Every Travs hitter reached base safely at least once with seven different players scoring and six driving in a run. DeLoach matched his career high with four RBIs and also scored four times with Polcovich driving in four runs as well.
Moments That Mattered
* After Springfield scored in the first, Arkansas answered the very next inning with a go-ahead two-run blast from Polcovich.
* An inning later, Cade Marlowe drew a two out walk and then DeLoach followed with a two-run shot that finished off Springfield starter Gordon Graceffo.
