Walleye Notes

- Getting One of Three! Toledo had three home contests this past weekend. The Walleye fell behind Wheeling 2-0 after the first period Friday night and could not catch up, falling 4-1. It was nearly the same story Saturday night as the Reading Royals collected a 3-0 lead after two periods to beat Toledo 4-1. Sunday was different as the Walleye spotted Greenville an early 2-0 lead but rallied with four unanswered goals in a 4-2 win.

- Going for Two! Forwards Aaron Clarke and Max Shalunov each netted a pair of goals in Sunday's win over Greenville.

- Standing Room Only! Toledo packed the Huntington Center Saturday, tying a season high with 8,200 in the building. It was the fifth sellout of the season for the Walleye, who are currently third in the ECHL with an average attendance of 6,042.

- Fish Tales! Forward Aaron Clarke has 6 goals in eight games with Toledo. Forward Emerson Clark is second among all ECHL players with 138 penalty minutes.

- Gametime! Toledo starts the week in Evansville to wrap up the season series against the IceMen. The Walleye are 3-3-1 vs. the IceMen this year. Friday night, the Cincinnati Cyclones come to Toledo. The Walleye have yet to beat their rivals from South I-75, going 0-3-1 in the four meetings played so far this season. Saturday will mark the first and only meeting of the season between Toledo and the Elmira Jackals.

- Promotions! Following Friday's game is a Post Game Party with the Players! Saturday night is Beatles Tribute Night with a LIVE Beatles Tribute Band playing before and during the game!
