Toledo, Ohio) The Toledo Storm of the ECHL announced today that they have acquired forward Jeff Doyle from the Utah Grizzlies for cash. In separate moves, Toledo signed forward Rick Judson to a contract and added goaltender Bryan Worosz (WAR-ahz) as an emergency backup. Player Bios are attached on page 2.

Doyle is from King City, Ontario, and has appeared in 20 games this season with the Grizzlies. In those games, Jeff has collected 3 assists. The third year professional spent last season with the Motor City Mechanics of the United Hockey League. He netted 31 points (14g, 17a) in 42 games a season ago.

Judson, a native of Toledo, is the Storm's all-time leader in goals, assists, games played and points. Rick did appear in a Toledo uniform for the November 19th game against Johnstown. Judson has played the last two seasons with the Storm, and became Toledo's all-time goal scoring leader on February 25, 2005. He has played in 453 games in a Storm uniform, scoring 197 goals and adding 244 assists. Judson is expected to appear in uniform for all three games this weekend.

Worosz is in his first professional season from Canisius College. Bryan played the last 3 seasons with current Storm defenseman Josh Zavitz. This year, he has played 3 games with the Austin Ice Bats of the Central Hockey League, with a 1-2-0 record, a 4.37 goals against average, and a .870 save percentage. Last season with Canisius, Worosz had a 16-11-4 record with a 2.43 GAA, and a .919 save percentage.
