Bombers Will Play Despite Weather

Dayton, OH - In response to numerous inquiries about winter weather conditions, the Dayton Bombers Professional Hockey Team announced Friday afternoon their game against the Long Beach Ice Dogs will be played tonight. Gametime at the Ervin J. Nutter Center is 7:05 PM.

Tonight is also the annual "Teddy Bear Toss" to benefit the Children's Medical Center of Dayton. After the Bombers first goal, fans are encouraged to throw their new or gently used stuffed animals on the ice. The toys will then be collected and distributed by members of the Bombers organization to representatives at the Children's Medical Center..

Fans that bring a stuffed animal will receive $2.00 off the price of an adult silver level ticket. Members of the Vandalia-Butler High School Band will also be selling teddy bears at the game.

The Dayton Bombers, proud ‘AA' affiliate of the National Hockey League's Columbus Blue Jackets, are celebrating their 15th Anniversary this season.
