Titans receive Naumenko and Miller from Devils

TRENTON, NJ (November 9, 2006) - The Trenton Titans announced today that defenseman Bryan Miller has been re-assigned by New Jersey (NHL) from Lowell (AHL) to Trenton, while goaltender Gregg Naumenko has been acquired on loan from Lowell.

Miller, 23, has appeared in seven games for Lowell this season registering four assists and two penalty minutes. The 5-10, 190-pounder from Wayne, NJ played four years of collegiate hockey at Boston University (2000-2004) before joining the Albany River Rats for eight games (AHL) following his senior season. Now a second-year pro, Miller signed with Albany for his rookie year in 2005-06 compiling 18 points (3g, 15a) in 40 games.

Naumenko, 29, has played in 216 games during his eight-year career including two games with the Anaheim Might Ducks (NHL) in 2000-01. The Chicago-native split last season between the Dayton Bombers of the ECHL and Albany, Chicago, Peoria and Portland in the American Hockey League. The 6-0, 200-pound netminder is 88-82-27 with a 2.93 goals against average and a .903 save percentage.
