Pensacola Ice Pilots News Release

PENSACOLA, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots of the ECHL have announced today that they have signed an agreement with Sportsjuice to carry the audio broadcasts of games over the Internet for the next two seasons.

The first chance that Ice Pilots fans will be able to hear games over the Internet will be Saturday when Pensacola entertains the South Carolina Stingrays at The Hangar. The broadcast will begin with Countdown to Face-off at 6:45 pm followed by the puck drop shortly after.

"This is an agreement that is not only beneficial for the organization, but for the parents and family members of our players and our fans across North America too," said Director of Media Relations and Broadcasting Denis J. Puska. "It will allow the Ice Pilots to market the team to a larger audience and it also helps our corporate partners."

Sportsjuice will also carry the Ice Pilots Radio Show presented by the Montgomery Paint Company on Monday nights from 6 pm to 7 pm at Granny Cantrell's located on I-110 and Brent Lane in Pensacola.

To hear the live audio stream of the game broadcasts or the coach's show fans can go directly to www.icepilots.com and click on the Sportsjuice logo.

The Pensacola Ice Pilots host the South Carolina Stingrays this Saturday at 7:05 at the Pensacola Civic Center. It's a special Veteran's Day Celebration with the Ice Pilots wearing their commemorative red, white and blue specialty jerseys with an auction to follow the game.

Tickets are available at the Pensacola Civic Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster locations or online at www.ticketmaster.com. For further information on the Ice Pilots including group rates, call (850) 432-PUCK (7825).
