- Led by starting pitchers Joe Ross, Walker Weickel, Zach Eflin, and Max Fried, the TinCaps allowed a total of six runs in four games from August 4-6. That was the lowest four-game output by opponents against Fort Wayne this season.
- Zach Eflin, who threw seven scoreless innings against Lansing on Monday, has the fifth lowest ERA in the Midwest League at 2.81.
- Mallex Smith leads the Midwest League with 50 stolen bases. Since July 5, the 20-year-old from Tallahassee, Florida, no one in all of Minor League Baseball has stolen more bases than Smith.
