SAN ANTONIO (April 4, 2011) - The San Antonio Rampage received a third period goal from Scott Timmins to edge the Chicago Wolves 2-1 on Wednesday night at the AT&T Center.

San Antonio scored the game's first goal at the 16:14 mark of the opening period when Roman Derlyuk took a pass from Wacey Rabbit in the slot and fired the puck behind Chicago goaltender Eddie Lack to give the Rampage a 1-0 edge. The secondary assist on Derlyuk's second tally of the season went to Greg Rallo.

The Wolves tied the game at 1-1 14:58 into the second on a goal from Michael Davies. He found the rebound of a Bill Sweatt shot and beat Rampage backstop Jacob Markstrom for his 11th marker of 2011-12.

Timmins' goal at 9:03 of the third period put the Rampage ahead 2-1. He notched his 11th score of the season with a shot from the top of the left circle that found its way past Lack. Markstrom made 31 saves on 32 Wolves shots for his 14th win of the season while Lack turned aside 30 of 32 Rampage attempts in the Chicago loss.

The Rampage (38-28-3-2) hit the ice again on Saturday when they host a 7 p.m. contest against the Milwaukee Admirals.
