Thursday's Barnstormers game postponed

Thursday night's scheduled game between the Lancaster Barnstormers and Bridgeport Bluefish at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up at a date and time to be determined. The scheduled appearance by Birdzerk! has been re-scheduled for Friday, September 15.

Fans holding tickets from Thursday's scheduled game may exchange them at the box office at any time, for any remaining game in 2006, based on availability. The Barnstormers open up a three-game series at Clipper Magazine Stadium vs. the Camden Riversharks on Friday at 7:05 p.m. for Scout Night. Tickets for all games during the 2006 season are available by calling 717-509-3633, or online at www.lancasterbarnstormers.com.

This is only the Barnstormers second rain out in their history, with last season's postponement also coming against Bridgeport.
