
Thunder Announce Time Change for Game One vs. Arizona

Wichita, KS (March 25th) - The Wichita Thunder of the Central Hockey League announced today that the start time for game one of its opening round series against Arizona has been moved up to 6:35 pm. The Thunder host the first two games of the 2012-13 CHL Playoffs, beginning this Thursday, March 28th at home against the Sundogs.
In order to accommodate the fans who would also like to be home in time to watch Wichita State play in the Sweet 16, the Thunder has decided to move up the opening face-off from the original time of 7:05 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. The Wichita Thunder office will remain open on Thursday until 4 p.m.
The series will follow a 2-2-2-1 format with games one, two, five and six (both if necessary) taking place in Wichita at INTRUST Bank Arena.

Game 1 - Thu., Mar. 28 - Arizona at Wichita, 6:35 p.m .
Game 2 - Sat., Mar. 30 - Arizona at Wichita, 7:05 p.m.
Game 3 - Tue., Apr. 2 - Wichita at Arizona, 8:05 p.m.
Game 4 - Wed., Apr. 3 - Wichita at Arizona, 8:05 p.m.

Wichita will begin the 2012-13 CHL Playoffs next week at home against Arizona. Game 1 will take place on Thursday, March 28th and Game 2 will be Saturday, March 30th with both games starting at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are on sale now!
