This Week's Mad Monday Tickets Sold Out

Victoria, BC - This week's release of Mad Monday tickets for the Victoria Royals' home games against the Portland Winterhawks on Wednesday, March 14th and Friday, March 16th are officially sold out. Wednesday's contest has already sold-out while Friday's game is quickly approaching a capacity crowd as well.

The Royals' single-game tickets for the 2012 WHL Playoffs also went on-sale this morning at the Select Your Tickets box office located at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Tickets can be purchased at the Select Your Tickets box office, online at selectyourtickets.com or over the phone at (250)220-7777.

Victoria currently sits in eighth place in the WHL's Western Conference with 51 points, three points clear of the ninth-ranked Seattle Thunderbirds and one point back of the seventh place Everett Silvertips. The top eight teams in the conference qualify for the playoffs, which begin on Friday, March 23.

The Royals' playoff game dates, opponents and start times are all to be determined. Only tickets to the first two home games of the playoffs will be made available at this time.
