Fan Appreciation Night this Friday

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers will host their final home game of the season this Friday, March 16th when they take on the Prince George Cougars.

The Blazers will be wearing their special edition RBK orange jerseys during their warm-up and will be giving away the jerseys to 23 lucky fans that enter the draw. Fans can purchase a $2 raffle ticket during the first period of Friday night's game to enter into the raffle. The winners will be announced during the second period timeout. All the proceeds from the jersey raffle will benefit the Blazers Education Fund and the Family Tree Family Centre in Kamloops.

There will be many great prizes given away for 'Fan Appreciation Night' including a flight from West Jet to anywhere West Jet flies.

The Blazers will also be presenting their 2011-12 player awards on Friday night. The awards will be handed out prior the start of the game.

Finally, No Ordinary Joe - featuring Jolene Landyo will be performing in the Parkside Lounge on Friday night. The local country music star will be performing prior, after and during the intermissions at Friday night's game. Entry into the concert is FREE with your game ticket.
