Silvertips radio voice Mike Benton hosts each week's show, with familiar players, coaches, and other figures providing insight and insider material with Silvertips hockey.

Bring a camera and your favorite items for Fonteyne to sign - the show is a prime autograph and photo session. HELP US, SNOHOMISH COUNTY "PINK THE RINK"

Pink the Rink - the staple of Silvertips theme nights - returns Saturday, Oct. 24 (7:05pm) and we're working with our partners at the Providence General Foundation and the Safeway Foundation on another challenge to raise money for the local fight against breast cancer. Just simply purchasing your game tickets goes a long way in the fight against breast cancer. Up to a $7 donation per ticket goes to the Pink the Rink fund, and you won't be charged with extra fees when purchasing at this link.

Purchase a player signed pink puck at the Silvertips Team Store, Front Office, and Guest Services during home games for just $20. Each purchase triggers a $15 donation to the Comprehensive Breast Center, also allowing you to select your favorite Silvertips to autograph your new puck.

CANNED FOOD FOR A CAUSE: BRING YOURS TO XFINITY ARENA

Lamoureux Realty, in association with Volunteers of America, is scheduled to collect canned food during the month of October at all Silvertips home games. Any cans of green beans, black beans, peaches, and more that you have are welcome as your contribution. Bins will be stationed at each entrance of XFINITY Arena, allowing a convenient drop off of your donated food on the way into the venue for Silvertips action. You benefit by putting surplus products to good use, foster goodwill for Snohomish County, and reduce unwanted storage around your house.

We need "American Proud" military nominees

We're looking for candidates for our American Brewing Company "American Proud" military person of the night, which acknowledges a veteran or active-duty member of the military at every Friday and Saturday Silvertips home game.
