Montreal, November 6, 2002 - Montreal football fans will have another opportunity to celebrate their favorite sport this fall. For the East Division Final on November 17, the Alouettes invite fans to celebrate football in Montreal during the whole weekend.
Party on Crescent Street
Saturday, November 16, the Alouettes' cheerleaders will participate in the Santa Claus parade. In the evening, Crescent Street will be closed off to circulation. Music groups Soul Fish and Blushing Brides (Tribute to the Rolling Stones) will perform for fans on site as of 6:30 p.m. Also, the highlights of the Alouettes' season will be presented on a giant screen. The Alouettes' cheerleaders will also offer a performance and will be available to sign autographs in the evening.
November 17 game
On November 17, the Montreal Alouettes will be playing the most important game of the year. Fans are invited to join the party as soon as the doors open at 11 a.m. There will be animation at Olympic Stadium. The Alouettes invite you to show your colours and wear the team's fighting cap.
