The Wild Things are slashing prices for THREE Games
Get $1 Dollar Tickets!!!!
The Wild Things are offering One Dollar Tickets to the last three weekday games of the 2012 season! Join us at CONSOL Energy Park on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night and get a general admission ticket for just $1 dollar!!! Plus we're offering dollar drinks (soda and beer) on all three nights! Then on Thursday the team will don their Price Is Right Jerseys, and if you like the look, you can buy tone right off the back of your favorite player.
Friday night Washington Financial brings fireworks back for the final Fireworks Friday of the season.
Then start September off right by being one of the first 1,000 fans in the park to get a Snuggie, courtesy of CONSOL Energy.
The final game is Sunday night (September 2nd) when it's fan appreciation night. Each fan will be eligible to win prizes throughout the game.

Operation Troop Appreciation Set for Friday, August 31st
Join the Wild Things, CONSOL Energy and Operation Troop Appreciation (OTA) for a special night in honor of our military, Friday, August 31, 2012 when the Wild Things take on the Schaumberg Boomers at CONSOL Energy Park. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 and the gates open to the public at 6:00. Bring a special donation item for the troops and help stuff a truck for those who serve overseas, and the Wild Things will give you a $2.00 discount on your game ticket.
See list of requested items below. Sign thank you cards and banners to show your support. OTA will include these items as they fulfill "wish-list" requests from our troops!
OTA is a 501 c 3 non-profit dedicated to the United States Military by providing wish list items that boost morale and help contribute to the mission effectiveness of our troops. Since 2004, OTA has granted wishes to more than 100,000 troops!
The OTA has supplied a complete list of items fans can donate, but they informed the Wild Things they are in dire need of the following:

Tuna packs
easy mac n cheese
Men's full size deodorant
Shave Gel in tubes (no cans)
OTA is in need of the following items for our deployed troops:

FOOD (unopened & not expired):

Beef jerky, nuts, tuna packets, beef sticks, trail mix,
dried fruit, microwave popcorn, granola bars, energy

Individual serving packets of cookies, crackers, chips,

DONATION GUIDELINES:
Please, NO opened foods or used clothing and hygiene items.
Expiration dates on supplies should be good for at least 6 months from date of donation.
Monetary donations are very much appreciated to offset the rising cost of shipping and to purchase other needed items.
