December 9, 2003 - Central Hockey League (CHL)
Indianapolis Ice News Release
INDIANAPOLIS - The Indianapolis Ice along with Radio Disney is proud to announce that teen sensations, Stevie Brock and Greg Raposo, will be performing during the Ice's Sunday game on December 28th. Game time for the Ice and Wichita Thunder is 5:00 p.m. from the Pepsi Coliseum.
Stevie Brock is one of the brightest, new stars to come out of WIRE Records. The 13-year-old who grew up just outside of Dayton, OH, began singing at the age of two and writing songs at the age of eight. Brock takes vocal, acting and choreography lessons regularly and has been considered a "natural" by all who have seen him perform.
Greg Raposo, 18, is known for his astonishing presence and style. He is a former member of the near platinum, pop sensation, Dream Street, and has appeared on and off Broadway. He started singing, writing songs and playing guitar at the age of six and has appeared on such television shows as Good Morning America, Saturday Night Live and All My Children.
As part of Marsh Family Day, each act will be dazzling the crowd during the first and second intermissions and will follow their respective performances by signing autographs for their fans.
In addition, Radio Disney (98.3 FM) and Applebee's will be hosting a private party with Stevie and Greg in the Ice House prior to the game. For your chance to be at the party, be sure to tune into Radio Disney and participate in the on-air contests. Winners will be invited to the Ice House to meet Stevie and Greg!
This special late matinee game is also a Marsh Family Day where one child 12 and under can get in FREE with a full-paying adult by showing your Marsh Fresh Idea Card at the door. Regular ticket prices range from $10-$20 and can be purchased in advance at all Ticketmaster locations including select Marsh Supermarkets, Karma Records, select L.S. Ayres and the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Conseco Fieldhouse box offices or by calling (317) 239-5151 or online at ticketmaster.com.
