ABOUT LAST GAME: The Tacoma Rainiers took a 6-2 lead into the bottom of the 9th inning on Sunday at Greater Nevada Field, but the Reno Aces rallied for 5 runs, including a 3-run, walk-off home run to end the game, 7-6. RHP Robert Winslow made his Triple-A debut for the Rainiers and retired the first 11 Aces he faced across 4 shutout innings of relief.

Catcher Cal Raleigh extended his hitting streak to a season-high 12 games with a 2-for-5 effort including a 9th inning solo home run. 1B Luis Torrens and LF Dillon Thomas also hit home runs in the effort.

R CITY SLUGGERS: Tacoma's 3 Sunday afternoon homers gave Tacoma home runs in each of their last 9 games. The 24 big flies during that stretch are the most in Minor League Baseball.

13 Rainiers have hit home runs over the last 9 games, with Cal Raleigh and Luis Torrens each accounting for 4 round-trippers to lead the team.

SHARING THE WEALTH: 15 different Tacoma hitters have hit at least 1 home run this season, 2nd most in the league (Reno, 17) and 3rd most in Triple-A (Nashville, 19).

WHAT A WELCOME, WINSLOW: RHP Robert Winslow made his Triple-A debut, and his first appearance above Low-A, on Sunday and pitched 4.0 scoreless innings from the 5th through 8th innings. Winslow retired the first 11 hitters he faced and struck out 3 Reno hitters. Winslow's outing is the longest appearance by a Tacoma reliever this season.

WHAT A RELIEF: Tacoma relievers have combined for 128.2 innings this season, the most in Triple-A. Rainiers bullpen arms have logged at least 6.0 innings in a game 13 times this season, including Sunday.

FULL HOUSE: The Rainiers lead all Triple-A clubs with 54 players used through 22 games. The team has used 33 pitchers, including infielder Jantzen Witte, and 22 position players.

ALL OR NOTHING: Luis Torrens has 4 home runs since May 22, T-3rd most in the Triple-A West. Since joining Tacoma on May 21, Torrens is 7-36 with 4 homers and 2 doubles. During that span, Torrens is the only league hitter with a sub-.200 batting average (.194) and an OPS of .800 or better (.858).

ON-BASE MACHINE: OF Dillon Thomas hit his 5th home run and added a walk on Sunday, and currently has a .473 on-base percentage (5th in Triple-A West). Thomas has reached base in 10 straight starts (0-for-1 on 5/25), and has been aboard at least twice in 9 of his last 11 contests. Thomas' previous career high for OBP is .353 (min. 100 G) in 2016 with Double-A Hartford.

GET YOUR STREAK ON: OF Dillon Thomas and C Cal Raleigh each homered for their 3rd straight game on Sunday, helping Tacoma go yard in 9 straight contests. Raleigh homered in the last 2 regular season games of 2019 with Double-A Arkansas and in his next official game on Opening Night 2021 with Tacoma. Thomas has hit homers in 3 straight games one other time in his career from July 18-20, 2019 with Double-A Biloxi (MIL).

GET YOUR RALEIGH CAPS ON: Catching prospect Cal Raleigh went 2-for-5 with a home run, 2 RBI, and 2 R on Sunday, improving his batting average to .351. Raleigh leads all Triple-A hitters with 9 doubles and tied with Salt Lake's Jo Adell for the most extra-base hits (15).

Raleigh is also top-10 in the league in batting average (.351), runs (19), total bases (53), SLG (.688), OPS (1.099), RBI (18), hits (27) and HBP (3).

DOUBLE-DIGIT STREAK: During his current 12-game hitting steak, Tacoma's longest of the season, Cal Raleigh is 21-for-49 (.429). Since May 15, Raleigh leads the Triple-A West in hits (21) and runs (14), and ranks top-10 in the league in batting average, XBH (11), doubles (6), RBI (13) OBP (.455), SLG (.837), OPS (1.291) and total bases (41).

STRIKEOUTS GALORE: Tacoma pitchers currently lead the Triple-A West with 236 strikeouts through 21 games. Round Rock ranks 2nd in the league with 226 strikeouts.

Rainiers hurlers have recorded double-digit strikeout totals in 16 of their 21 games this season, and have struck out at least 12 batters in 10 contests.
