T-Bones Drop Finale in South Dakota

SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota - The Kansas City T-Bones, fell behind early, and couldn't recover, dropping the series final 6-3, against Sioux Falls, Friday night.

Sioux Falls struck first, with a four run second inning, and another solo tally in the third inning, against Kansas City starting pitcher Steve Sarcone (0-1). Sarcone, making his first start with Kansas City, allowed five runs in three innings. Brian Humphries for Sioux Falls, connected with solo home runs, in the second and third innings.

The T-Bones, got two home runs from Adam Bailey, who now has seven on the season. Bailey, finished the game with three RBI, and was the only T-Bone hitter with multiple hits.

Sioux Falls starting pitcher Shawn Blackwell (2-7), picked up his frist home win of the season, as he allowed one run on seven hits, through seven innings.

The T-Bones (34-26) continue the six-game road trip Saturday night, against the Winnipeg Goldeyes, with first pitch scheduled for 6:05pm central.
