July 31, 2015 - American Association (AA) News Release
The Explorers won their tenth game of the season against the Saltdogs with a comeback performance in Friday's matinee. LF Tim Colwell doubled in the top of the ninth to break a 5-5 tie, and scored himself on an error. Previously, DH Brock Kjeldgaard had tied the game with a two-RBI double in the eighth inning. He was 2-for-4 on the game for the Explorers, who also saw 2B Ryan Court hit his second home run of the season in the win.
For Lincoln, LF Steven Tinoco and C Ryan Wiggins had two hits apiece. DH CJ Ziegler returned from the inactive list and hit his third homer of the year.
RHP Billy Bullock struck out two in two scoreless innings of relief to earn the win, and RHP Rob Wort picked up the save.
