This was the second of back-to-back games in Prince George. The T-Birds defeated the Cougars by a score of 6-3 on Tuesday night.
Prince George (11-48-1-2) went in front 1-0 at 2:48 of the first period on a goal by Dan Gibb. Taylor Orser and Alex Rodgers had the assists. Greg Fraser scored for Prince George at 10:03 of the first to give them a 2-0 lead. James Dobrowolski and Jesse Forsberg had the assists on the goal.

Seattle (17-35-7-4) outshot Prince George 12-10 in the first period.
The T-Birds got on the board a 5:44 of the second period on Jacobs 10th goal of the season. Chance Lund worked the puck down the right boards to the right corner. Lund carried the puck around the Cougars net and then backhanded the puck through the crease to Jacobs at the right post. Jacobs was all alone in front of Prince George goalie Kyle Jahraus and beat the goalie low.
Seattle cut the Cougars lead to one goal at 10:50 of the second on Luke Lockharts sixth goal of the year. Erik Fleming had the puck along the left boards and sent the puck to Lund in the left circle. Lund put a shot on goal that Jahraus stopped but the puck rebounded to Lockhart in the slot. Lockhart put a quick shot into the upper right corner of the net over a lunging Jahraus.
Both teams had nine shots on goal in the second period and Seattle led 21-19 in total shots after 40 minutes.
Charles Wells tied the game 3-3 when he scored a power-play goal at 2:38 of the third period. Brenden Silvester passed the puck from the left point to Burke Gallimore in the left corner. Gallimore sent the puck back up the boards to Charles Wells at the hash marks. Wells skated into the right circle, drifted into the slot and beat Jahraus low with a quick snap shot.
Seattle took a 4-3 lead on a power-play goal by Rai at 5:33 of the third. Rai came up the left boards and curled towards the high slot. With traffic in front of Jahraus, Rai put a wrist shot on goal that beat the Prince George goalie on the glove side. Jeremy Schappert had the only assist on the goal.
Rai extended the T-Birds lead to two goals when he scored at 7:33 of the third. Gallimore broke up ice on a two-on-one with Rai on his left. In the right circle Gallimore made a backhand saucer pass to Rai. On the pass Jahraus went left to right to track the puck. Rai caught the puck with his stick just above the crease and went the opposite direction of Jahraus and put the puck into an empty net with a backhand shot.
The T-Birds went in front 6-3 on Jacobs second goal of the game. Brendan Rouse had the puck on the right boards near the blue line. He centered the puck to Ryan Aasman who put a slap shot on goal. Jacobs was in front of Jahraus and tipped Aasmans shot past the goalie at 11:20 of the period.
Seattle outshot Prince George 11-8 in the third period and 32-27 in the game.
Seattle goalie Michael Salmon stopped 24 of 27 shots and his record is now 1-4-0-0.
