Surf take the first game 5-4 against Somerset

Atlantic City, NJ- All the Surf needed was five runs in the first inning as they win the first game of this series 5-4. Chad Gambill drove home two runs, scored another, and collected four hits becoming the first Surf player this season to do so.

Anthony Chavez pitched a solid game giving up one earned run in six strong innings and Randi Mallard picked up the save. Trey Beamon dropped what would have been the third out of the game giving the Patriots another run but Mallard forced a pop out to end it and give AC thier fourth win of the young season.

Join us at the park for the second firework show of the season as the Surf battle the Patriots at a 6:35 pm start.
