
Sundogs Named 13 Times in CHL's Best of the Best Poll

Prescott Valley, AZ - The Central Hockey League's annual "Best of the Best" Poll was released today and the Arizona Sundogs were named in 13 of the categories.
Adam Russo was credited as the "Best Goaltender in Shootouts" finishing first and Chad Nehring was voted second in "Most Underrated Player". Jason Morgan was credited in three separate categories, earning the third spot for "Best Penalty Killer", first for "Best Player on Face-Offs" and earned the top spot for "Best Leader". Also receiving honors was Kip Brennan who came in first for "Best Fighter (Heavyweight)" and second for "Best Bodychecker". Mario Larocque joined his teammate in the best bodychecker category being voted third.
Arizona also received accolades being voted second in the league for the "Best Training/Equipment Staff", and was voted third for "Best Team Uniforms", "Best Arena Concessions", "Best Mascot", "Best City" and the Hampton Inn & Suites received top honor this year, being voted as the "Best Host Hotel".
The Arizona Sundogs will close out their remaining 2012-13 regular season games in Prescott Valley at Tim's Toyota Center, hosting the Wichita Thunder on March 15th and 16th and then the Ft. Worth Brahmas on March 20th, 22nd, and 23rd.
