Bakersfield, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors will begin a three games in four days set on Wednesday as the Idaho Steelheads come to town for a 7:00pm start.
Wednesday night will be the last chance for students to cash in on WB-12, KISS 96.5 & Golden Empire Transit's Student ID Night. All junior high, high school and college students can purchase executive level tickets for just $1 by presenting their student ID at the box office. Also, the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a pair of Condors Thunderstix.
In addition to Student ID Night, all groups that came out to a Condors game during the 2003-2004 campaign will receive extra special ticket rates for Wednesday's game as a part of Group Appreciation Night.
After Wednesday's game, the Condors host the San Diego Gulls on Friday, April 2nd for Nesting Doll Night sponsored by Groove 99.3, A-Plus Plumbing Heating & Air, 3-Way Chevrolet, and Oreck Floor Care Center. The first 2,000 fans receive a Condors nesting doll featuring Condors D Jonas Lennartsson, D Jimmy Drolet, and C Andrew Ianiero. The night is also 29 Eyewitness News & McDonald's Condors Classroom Champions night. Students who achieved outstanding attendance this year receive a complimentary ticket to tonight's game.
Then on Saturday, April 3rd the Condors finish up the 2003-2004 season as they host the Las Vegas Wranglers for Jersey Giveaway Night sponsored by KGET-TV 17, K-Lite 105.3, and McDonald's. The first 2,000 children 12 and under well receive a special Condors replica jersey. Also fans can receive a $1.00 hotdog with purchase of a regular drink.

Individual seats are on sale now, and may be purchased through the Centennial Garden box office, which opens at 10:00am Monday through Saturday. Condors droppings: Thanks in part to the efforts of KGET-TV 17 and the Bakersfield Condors, over $12,000 was raised this past weekend in the 2004 Grand Slam Charity Softball Tournament at the softball fields by Mesa Marin Raceway. All proceeds went to benefit the American Red Cross - Kern County Chapter.
