(Toledo, Ohio) The Toledo Storm of the ECHL announced today that they have signed forwards Tyler Knight, Robert Snowball, Ty Hennes, and Shawn Collymore. Full player bios will follow release on page 2.

Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel Nick Vitucci talked about the four, "These guys will bring us depth up front. All of these players are sound defensively, which is so important in this league. They will bring something to this squad."

Knight, who played his college hockey at Bowling Green State University, is coming to Toledo after spending a year with the San Angelo Saints of the Central Hockey League. In 58 games, Tyler scored 13 goals and added 25 assists. In four years with the Falcons, Knight scored 29 goals and added 40 assists. He was an assistant captain in 2002-03 and only missed one contest during his four-year career.

Snowball played under now Storm Assistant Coach Tony MacAulay and brings toughness to the Storm with 118 penalty minutes in 40 games with Roanoke last season. Robert was also a member of the Victoriaville Tigres championship team in 2001-02.

Collymore, a 2001 5th round draft choice of the New York Rangers, has been playing in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League since 1999-00. Shawn spent last season with Val-d'Or Foreurs and put up 26 goals, added 29 assists, while appearing in 56 games.

Hennes comes to Toledo from Boston College where he spent the last four years. In his BC career, Ty netted 16 goals, and added 26 assists while appearing in 152 contests. During his junior campaign, Ty set a personal best with 21 points in 39 games.

The 2004-05 season opens October 22nd against the Wheeling Nailers with a post-game concert featuring Firehouse. Season and individual game tickets are on sale. Toledo Hockey...A History Of Champions!
