Storm Select Matthew Papais in the Seventh Round

With the 128th overall pick in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection, the Guelph Storm welcomed Matthew Papais to the team in the seventh round.

The five-foot-10, 164-pound right winger posted 34 points (15 goals, 19 assists) with 10 penalty minutes through 33 games for the Mississauga Reps Minor Midget AAA team in the 2017-18 Season.

A native of Nobleton, Ontario, Papais appeared in five games in the 2018 OHL Cup Showcase, registering three points (one goal, two assists).
