
Stingrays Unveil 5th Annual Hockey Heroes for Epilepsy Jersey

North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 22 seasons of hockey in the Lowcountry, unveiled today he 5th Annual Hockey Heroes for Epilepsy jersey alongside members of the South Carolina Advocates for Epilepsy, The Medial University of South Carolina (MUSC) and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals at the ART Atrium at MUSC in Charleston.
The jersey features the Stingrays crest in purple and silver on a neuron-themed jersey with classic neckties. The 5th Annual Hockey Heroes for Epilepsy Night takes place on Saturday, November 22 at 7:05 p.m. against the Orlando Solar Bears at the North Charleston Coliseum. The night features the jerseys and a live postgame jersey auction, silent auction on the Coliseum concourse featuring autographed sports and entertainment memorabilia and special performances and presentations during the intermissions.
In the four-year history of the event, Hockey Heroes for Epilepsy Night generated over $75,000 to raise awareness and find a cure for epilepsy.
The Stingrays continue a five-game homestand on Friday, November 7 at 7:05 against the Florida Everblades at the North Charleston Coliseum.
