
Stingrays Sign Goaltender Jarosz; Trade to Reading

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays and Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Cail MacLean announced today that the team has signed goaltender Bobby Jarosz and traded him to the Reading Royals for future considerations.
Jarosz, 23, joined the Stingrays after beginning the season with the Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League (CHL) where he went 1-4-0 with a 4.37 goals-against average and .860 save percentage in five games.
The Stingrays continue a four-game series against the Greenville Road Warriors tonight, Saturday, February 19 at 7:05 p.m. at the Bi-Lo Center and return to the North Charleston Coliseum on Sunday, February 20 to battle their in-state rival at 4:00 p.m. Celebrate Kid's Day with the Stingrays featuring $5 kid's tickets (walk-up only)! Come early for a pre-game kid's carnival and stay after the contest for post-game autographs with the entire Stingrays team!
Pack the House Night is almost here! Join the Stingrays for a night of fun on Saturday, February 26 against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. at the North Charleston Coliseum. Every seat in the house is $5 plus FREE PARKING! The United States Marine Corps will perform a Poolee Swear-In ceremony on the ice and MUSC Children's Hospital Change Bandits will be sneaking around the concourse collecting change to support the MUSC Children's Hospital Fund.
