IN JUST A FEW HOURS...

The Elmira Jackals and the Trenton Devils meet in the rubber match of a three-game set at the Sun National Bank Center at 7:00 p.m. The Jackals took the middle game of the series at First Arena on Friday night, 5-2, after dropping the opener on Wednesday night, 5-4.

JACKALS EXTEND POWER-PLAY STREAK

Patrick Coulombe's goal early in the first period on Friday night gave the Jackals a power-play goal for the ninth-straight game, the team's longest stretch with a man-advantage tally of the season. The Jackals are 11/37 (29.7%) on the power play during this current nine-game stretch. Elmira's power play is up to eighth in the ECHL at 18.7%.

COULOMBE NETS CAREER HIGH

With an assist on R.J. Anderson's goal late in the first last night, Patrick Coulombe set a new career high with his 31st point of the season. Coulombe, a fifth-year pro from St. Fabien, Quebec, added an assist later in the evening and now leads ECHL defensemen with 32 points.
