North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays collide with the Charlotte Checkers tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Time Warner Cable Arena. Tonight is the sixth of eleven scheduled meetings between the two teams this season and the third of five consecutive. The Stingrays come into tonight's contest on an ECHL- best eleven-game winning streak.

The Stingrays return to North Charleston Coliseum Saturday, December 19 against the Charlotte Checkers at 7:05 p.m. Saturday is Tailgate Saturday with the Rays! Kashing In Stingrays rookie Nikita Kashirsky rides a three game point streak (3g, 3a) coming into tonight's contest and eleven points (6g, 5a) in his last ten games.

Flirting with History The Stingrays have won eleven straight games, one shy of the franchise record. The 12 consecutive wins spanned from November 28-December 1, 2007.
