Scott Langdon Activated From Injured Reserve

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that defenseman Scott Langdon has been activated from the 21-Day Injured Reserve. Langdon, who sustained an injury on November 11, 2009, missed sixteen consecutive games with the Royals. In his ten games played with Reading this year, Langdon has scored two goals, picked up three assists (five points) and registered thirty-four penalty minutes while playing to a plus-6 (+6).

The Royals return home tonight (Friday, December 18 @ 7:05 pm) when the Elmira Jackals visit the Sovereign Center. Every fan in attendance will get an opportunity after the game to shoot and win a Holiday Ham courtesy of Berks Packing. Fans are also encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for donation to the Berks County Food Bank. Reading's game night broadcast on Friday on the Royals Radio Network presented by Transmissions by Arbogast will kick off at 6:35 pm.
