Stingers Team up with American Cancer Society

Willmar Stingers News Release
The Willmar Stingers are playing for a cause Saturday night as the Duluth Huskies will be in town. There will be 12 pink MaxBats used by your favorite Northwoods League players in the game against the Huskies at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, June 18th, sponsored by Duininck Inc.
These bats will also be autographed by the entire Stingers team and auctioned off during the game. Thanks to Duininck Inc., 100% of all proceeds from the auction will be given to the local American Cancer Society chapter.
Starting today at willmarstingers.com bidding for each bat will begin. Starting bids for these collector items will be at $100 each and bids can be e-mailed to nick@willmarstingers.com. Please include your bid, name, phone number, and the bat number (#1 - #12) you wish to bid on. All subsequent bids must increase by $10.
Online bidding will continue until the top of the 9th inning of Saturday's game.
