Anderson Franco put the Doubledays out in front in the first with a two-run double, and a balk in the second scored another run. Doubledays starter Matthew Crownover pitched five perfect innings for the win, striking out four batters on the night before leaving after 59 pitches, 44 of them for strikes. The Spikes then mounted their biggest offensive effort in the sixth inning. Jose Godoy led off the frame with a walk to stop the perfect game, and R.J.
