Dayton, OH - LHP Camilo Vazquez has been placed on the disabled list retro active to July 5th with a sore left shoulder. The southpaw last worked on July 4th against the Lansing Lugnuts, pitching 3.0 innings in relief and suffering the loss. On the season Vazquez has appeared in 18 games and has a 3-3 record with a 3.95 ERA. Catcher Chad Ziemendorf has been removed from the DL and has been added to the Dragons active roster. Ziemendorf landed on the DL retroactive to June 21, 2005 with a sprained neck. The catcher is hitting .188 (3-16) with 0 HR and 4 RBI. The Dragons active roster currently sits at 25 players.
