Stanley Cup Champion New Jersey Devils Assign Two Players to Clones

Cincinnati, OH-The Cincinnati Cyclones are proud to announce that the National Hockey League's New Jersey Devils have sent two players, Brett Clouthier and Scott Cameron, to Cincinnati. The Devils are the defending Stanley Cup Champions after defeating the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim four games to three in the Stanley Cup Final last spring.

"We are very excited to be linked with one of the NHL's most successful franchises," said Cyclones coach Chris Cichocki. "The Devils have created a blueprint for success that is followed by many NHL teams. I hope our relationship will be profitable for both organizations.

Clouthier and Cameron come to the Clones after beginning the season with the Devils' AHL affiliate, the Albany River Rats. With the Rats, Clouthier played three games and recorded no points with 10 penalty minutes. Cameron played two games for the Rats this season without recording a point.

Clouthier has played 139 pro games. He has scored 10 goals and added seven assists for 17 points as a pro. Clouthier has also accumulated 329 penalty minutes in his pro career. In 139 games as a pro, Cameron has 13 goals and 25 assists for 38 points.
