Standing Room Only Tickets Now Available for Amerks Frozen Frontier Game

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Red Wings and Rochester Americans jointly announced today that a limited number of Standing Room Only tickets are available now for $20 apiece for the Amerks first-ever outdoor game against the Lake Erie Monsters on Friday, December 13 at 7:05 p.m. as part of the Greater Rochester Area Honda Dealers Frozen Frontier presented by Labatt.
The Standing Room Only tickets can only be purchased by calling 585-423-WING (9464), at the Frontier Field Box Office until 5:00 p.m. tonight and beginning at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow. SRO tickets can also be purchased at www.frozenfrontier2013.com/SRO.
Fans with SRO tickets can enjoy all the action from the Labatt Blue Zone, a heated tent with food and refreshments available for purchase located in the Frontier Field Walk-of-Fame. Other viewing options include either grass berm down the left and right field lines and above the right field berm in front of the Sweet Spot concession stand.
The Greater Rochester Area Honda Dealers Frozen Frontier presented by Labatt is a 10-day outdoor hockey festival at Frontier Field that will run from Dec. 13-22. Tickets for all events are available at FrozenFrontier2013.com. The full schedule of events is below:
- Friday, December 13 (7:00 p.m.): Rochester Americans vs. Lake Erie Monsters
- Saturday, December 14 (12:00 p.m.): RIT Tigers (women) vs. Clarkson Golden Knights
- Saturday, December 14 (7:00 p.m.): RIT Tigers (men) vs. Niagara Purple Eagles
- Sunday, December 15 (12:00 p.m.): Nazareth Golden Flyers vs. Geneseo Knights
- Sunday, December 15 (2:30 p.m.): Buffalo Junior Sabres vs. St. Michael's Buzzers
- Sunday, December 15 (5:00 p.m.): Sabres/Amerks Alumni Game
- Friday, December 20 (6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.): Labatt Blue 3-on-3 Pond Hockey Tournament
- Saturday, December 21: Section V Rivalry Day

Packages for ice rentals and corporate events are both available and offer the chance to skate on the outdoor ice rink at Frontier Field. Bring your hockey team out for a practice or game, or utilize a block of ice to create your very own open skate for you and your guests. Open Ice Rentals are available for $1,500 and include the following: 75 minutes of ice time; 30 undated 2014 Red Wings Tickets; 30 undated 2013-14 Amerks Tickets
Those looking for a once-in-a-lifetime holiday party venue or thinking of putting together a great team-building event for the office can take advantage of the Frozen Frontier party package, which comes with ice rental and catering service, allowing skaters to spend time on the ice before enjoying the amenities of a Frontier Field Diamond Suite. Party Ice Rentals are $2,500 and include the following: 75 minutes of ice time; Skate rentals; $1,000 towards the purchase of a food & beverage package.
