Ottawa Recalls Pageau

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League announced today they have recalled forward Jean-Gabriel Pageau from Binghamton.

Pageau currently ranks fourth on the B-Sens with 16 points (six goals, 10 assists) in 15 games played this season. Prior to his reassignment to Binghamton Pageau appeared in eight of the first 12 games this season for Ottawa recording one goal and two penalty minutes.

The Ottawa, Ontario native has appeared in 84 games with Binghamton over the past two seasons compiling 13 goals and 32 assists. In 27 career NHL contests with Ottawa, including 10 playoff games, Pageau has recorded seven goals and four assists.

Ottawa returns to action tonight when they host the Buffalo Sabres at 7:30p.m.

Binghamton will next play this Friday when they travel to the Utica Memorial Auditorium to faceoff against the Comets in the first of four meetings between the teams this season. The contest is slated to start around 7:15p.m. following an extended pregame ceremony honoring former Clinton Comets players, including current Binghamton Senators Executive Vice President of Operations Tom Mitchell.
