Stampede Offense Rolls in Win

BOISE, Idaho - Seven Idaho players finished in double-figures, including Durrell Summers, who had 27 points (9-17 FG, 7-7 FT) and the Idaho Stampede beat the Los Angeles D-Fenders 125-101. Justin Harper had 20 points and eight rebounds.

Idaho (18-31) scored 66 points in the first half and led by as many as 27, while out-rebounding the D-Fenders 52-38. Sean Evans had 10 points and a game-high 11 rebounds. Carlon Brown added 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists and Reggie Hamilton, inserted into the starting lineup with the GATORADE Call-Up of Justin Holiday, finished with 12 points, 10 assists and four rebounds. Coby Karl had 17 points and six rebounds, while JaJuan Johnson added 10 off the bench.

The Stampede shot 52.9 percent and made 9-of-18 three-pointers and 26-of-29 free throws, while committing just 13 turnovers.

Los Angeles (21-28) was led by Elijah Millsap (26 points, eight rebounds) and Mike Taylor (25 points) but the road team never led after the eight-minute mark of the first quarter.
