
Squirrels and Fightins Postponed on Friday

Richmond Flying Squirrels News Release
RICHMOND, VA - Due to persistant rain showers, Friday night's scheduled game between the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Reading Fightin' Phils has been postponed. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader at The Diamond beginning at 5:05 p.m. on Saturday night. The doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games.
Fans holding tickets for Friday night's game may redeem them for a ticket to any remaining 2013 Flying Squirrels regular season home game. Tickets are redeemable for Saturday night's doubleheader. Gates will open at The Diamond at 4:30 p.m.
The Squirrels will throw LHP Ryan Bradley (0-1, 10.29) in game one and RHP Craig Westcott (0-1, 5.06) in game two. Reading had yet to name starters for the doubleheader. Pregame coverage begins on SportsRadio 910, SportsRadio910.com and IHeart Radio at 4:35 p.m.
