Springfield Falcons Hosting St. Patrick's Day at the Nest March 14

Springfield, Mass. - The Springfield Falcons will be hosting St. Patrick's Day at The Nest when the team faces the Providence Bruins on Saturday, March 14 at 7 p.m. presented by Gary Rome Auto Group.

St. Patrick's Day at The Nest will feature Irish in-game music and a leprechaun appearance along with a traditional hot corned beef sandwich and Guinness cans available for purchase on the concourse. The Falcons Nest Pro Shop will also have St. Patrick's Day merchandise, including a green warm-up jersey and hat.

Green Springfield Falcons mystery pucks will be available for purchase on the concourse for $10 each. Each puck is signed by one member of the Falcons team and will come wrapped. Ten lucky pucks will have a ticket inside for an additional prize. Prizes include a team signed warm-up jersey, team signed sticks, autographed official game pucks and Falcons merchandise. Proceeds from the green mystery pucks will be donated to Baystate Children's Hospital.

Fans are encouraged wear green and celebrate St. Patrick's Day with the Falcons.

Additionally, Gary Rome Auto Group will hold a t-shirt toss during the first intermission. One lucky t-shirt will hold a grand prize weekend getaway of three days and two nights at the Plymouth Sands Hotel in Plymouth, Mass.
