
Spokane Chiefs Partner with Spokane REALTORS® to Provide Wildfire Relief

Spokane, WASH - On Saturday, September 30th, the Spokane Chiefs will host the Tri-City Americans on Blue Moon Opening Night and use the opportunity to recognize the efforts of those who are a part of the recovery efforts during the recent wildfires in the Medical Lake and Elk locations.
The Chiefs will be using the following avenues:
Spokane REALTORS®
The Chiefs will be hosting members of the Spokane REALTORS® to help promote their $500,000 Relief Foundation Grant.
On September 1st, The REALTORS® Relief Foundation announced a $500K Grant in disaster relief aid that has been made available to the Spokane communities who have been affected by the wildfires. Funds will be made available to the public to assist with disaster victims' housing payments as relief and recovery efforts continue.
RESIDENTS OF MEDICAL LAKE, ELK AREAS
The Chiefs are offering residents of Medical Lake and Elk areas that were affected by the wildfires with complimentary tickets to the game. If fans were affected, they are encouraged to click here.
"We hope to provide a little bit of a breather and break from the recovery efforts for the residents that were affected," Chiefs Vice President Jay Stewart said.
FIRST RESPONDERS
The Chiefs are also offering first responders and those groups that have been instrumental in the recovery efforts with tickets to the game as well.
"There have also been a large number of individuals that have helped in the recovery efforts, including first responders, and we wanted to take an opportunity to recognize their work," Stewart said.
The Chiefs opening night is presented by Blue Moon, FOX 28 and Key 101, Spokane's Greatest Hits.
