The Spokane Indians beat the Boise Hawks Tuesday night in 12 innings, 3-2. Chrstian Santanna drove in Renny Ossuna with the go-ahead run in the top of the 12th and Tommy Hunter shutdown the Hawks in the last half. Hunter got the win with two innings of work.
Josh Donaldson had three of the Hawks' six hits, including his eighth home run of the season. He also caught all 12 innings of the game.
The series continues Wednesday night as the Hawks send Zach Ashwood to the mound. He will be opposed by the Indians' Ryan Tatusko. Game time at Memorial Stadium in Boise is 7:15 p.m.
