(Windsor, ON) - Darren Raddysh scored 2:13 into a frenzied 3-on-3 overtime, giving the visiting Erie Otters a comeback, 4-3 win over the Spitfires on Opening Night at the WFCU Centre Thursday.

Anthony Stefano's first of the season gave Windsor (0-0-1-0) its first lead of the game at 2:11 of the third period. But the Spitfires couldn't make it last.

With the Erie net empty, Taylor Raddysh tipped a Nick Betz shot past Michael Giugovaz (26 saves) to tie the game at 3-3 with just 1:15 to play.

The teams traded chances in a wild overtime session, before Raddysh poked a puck home after three whacks and no whistle, giving the defending Western Conference champions an improbable victory.

Bradley Latour was in on all three Windsor goals (1G, 2A) in his debut, while Christian Fischer scored his first as a Spitfire in the first period.

Kyle Pettit (1) and Kyle Maksimovich (1) had the other goals for Erie (1-0-0-0) and Devin Williams made 28 saves.

The Spits are right back at it in Sault Ste Marie Friday night.
