
Spirit Communications Park to Host First Bridal Show

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Spirit Communications Park is hosting its first Bridal Show on Friday, June 16 from 6-9 p.m. Engagement season is in full swing and all brides-to-be are invited out to visit with vendors and wedding experts to help begin planning their special days.
The Bridal Show, called "Two Diamonds, One Day," will be held in the Club Level Lounge at the ballpark.
Spirit Communications Park will be showcasing more than 20 wedding vendors from around Columbia, including photographers / videographers, wedding / event planners, florists, wedding cake specialists, ambient music providers and DJs.
Vendors of note include Something Borrowed, LLC, Palmetto Party Booth and Big Time Entertainment. Guests can also enjoy a selection of delicious bites from Chef Bobby Hunter - the Executive Chef at Spirit Communications Park.
"The Two Diamonds, One Day event is meant to offer couples an intimate environment to meet Columbia's amazing wedding professionals," said Jaime Tamsin, Special Events Director at Spirit Communications Park. "It will also introduce them to Spirit Communications Park as a premier wedding venue for our region."
The event is free to the public and the first 100 brides-to-be will receive a complimentary glass of champagne.
"This Bridal Show will be unlike any other because of the unique, cool atmosphere that only Spirit Communications Park can provide," says Lee Pitcovich of Something Borrowed, LLC. "The view of the field combined with openness of the space creates excitement by itself. When you add the creativity of Columbia's wedding professionals - you have a real homerun."
Brides will also have the opportunity to book their wedding here at Spirit Communications Park. The Special Events and Catering Staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
