Pawtucket's Dustin Pedrioa snapped a 4-4 tie with an RBI single in the 8th inning as the Pawtucket Red Sox defeated Ottawa 5-4 on Monday night. 1B Andy Tracy led the Lynx, going 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBI.

The loss drops Ottawa's record to 10-13 on the season. The Lynx complete this eight-game homestand tomorrow night when they take on Pawtucket at 6:05 pm.

Player Of The Game: Lynx 1B Andy Tracy homered, doubled and drove home two runs for Ottawa.

Game Recap: Pawtucket got on the board first, scoring a single run in the top of the 4th inning. Ottawa responded quickly in the bottom half, as Fernando Tatis led off the inning with a single and come home to score on Andy Tracy's third homer of the year, a two-run blast to right. Pawtucket evened the game in the 6th, and grabbed the lead in the 7th inning when Trent Durrington's two-out, two run double gave the PawSox a 4-2 lead. The resilient Lynx fought back in the bottom half as Alejandro Freire walked and moved to third on Keith Reed's double. One out later Esix Snead walked to load the bases for Ottawa. Next up was Eddy Garabito, who lofted an RBI single to left to plated Freire, and Reed would later come to count on a wild pitch, as the game was knotted at four. The PawSox did not wait long to take back the lead, as Dustin Pedroia's two-out single off of Andy Mitchell drove home Alejandro Machado with what would turn out to be the winning run, as Pawtucket edged the Lynx 5-4.

Next Game: The Lynx complete their series with Canadian Adam Stern and the Pawtucket Red Sox on Tuesday evening, with the game scheduled to start at 6:05 pm.
