Sound Tigers Looking For Ice Girls

BRIDGEPORT, CT â The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, are seeking experienced ice skaters for their skating and entertainment squad, The Ice Girls.
The Sound Tigers will hold tryouts for The Ice Girls on Sunday, September 19th at 11 a.m. at the Rinks at Shelton at 784 River Road in Shelton. Interested applicants must be at least 18 years of age and should wear fitted clothing during tryouts. Applicants may bring head shots or have their photograph taken the day of the tryout.
The Sound Tigers will open the 2004-05 season on Saturday, October 16th when they host the Albany River Rats at 7:05 p.m. at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard.
