
Snappers Pitchers Continue Dominance Over LumberKings

The Beloit Snappers lead by Tom Stuifbergen continued their pitching dominance over the Clinton Lumberkings Tuesday night as they earned their third straight shutout of the Lumberkings 2-0 at Alliant Energy Field.
Second baseman Reggie Williams earned the only extra base hit of the night while Angel Morales went 2-for-4 with an RBI and run scored.
The "Brodie Trophy Player of the Game" is Tom Stuifbergen who went six innings of work as he earned a team high in strike outs with nine and gave up no runs in the contest.
Edgar Ibarra will make the start for the Snappers tonight as the pitching tries to continue their scoreless streak against the Lumberkings which is now at 30 plus innings.
