Smokies Return Home Sunday for First Place Battle

KODAK, Tenn. - The Tennessee Smokies, the Double-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, return home from Jackson, Tenn. this Sunday evening to kick off a five-game set with the Chattanooga Lookouts. With Tennessee behind the Lookouts by only 1.5 games heading into Friday night, the Smokies look to take over first place and capture their fifth consecutive North Division championship.

Sunday's 5:00 game will kick-off the five-game set with the Beach Party Night, which includes a post-game concert featuring Homemade Wine. Sunday is also Xfinity Customer Appreciation night and Lincoln Memorial University night. The Smokies have teamed up with the Ryan & Jenny Dempster Family Foundation for 22q awareness night at Smokies Park.

Monday's 7:15 game is all about value with $1 Hot Dog Night and Church Bulletin Night, where fans get $2 off a walk-up ticket purchase (up to four tickets) by bringing in a Sunday church bulletin to the Smokies ticket window. It's also "Movie Monday," with a Jim Carrey movies theme.

The 7:15 game Tuesday is all about deals with KRAFT Singles Ticket deal, where fans with a KRAFT Singles wrapper can receive a buy one ticket get one free offer, it's also Pilot Prize Night, where everyone's a winner!

Wednesday's 7:15 game is Buck Night, where select concession items will be available for only $1. Sevier County residents can present a pay stub or photo ID for $2 walk-up ticket orders as part of Sevier County Night.

Kids take center stage during Thursday's 7:15 game! All kids 12-and-under in with paid admission to the 7:15 game get a free hot dog, chips and small Pepsi product. Following the game, they get to run off dinner with a lap around the bases courtesy of Shoney's Family Restaurants. It's also Hall's Salvage night, where if you spend $100 at Hall's Salvage you will receive four free bleacher tickets, and Pilot Prize Night, where everyone's a winner!

Smokies tickets can be purchased at www.smokiesbaseball.com or at (865) 286-2300. Adult field level or bleacher seats are $10/$8. Child (12-and-under) and senior (55+) field level or bleacher seats are $9/$7. Fans buying tickets at least four hours before game time get $1 off each ticket.
