
Skyforce Cruises to Victory over 66ers

Sioux Falls SD - The Sioux Falls Skyforce defeated the Tulsa 66ers 111-91 at the Sanford Pentagon Friday night. Sioux Falls jumped out to a quick 12-0 lead and never looked back to improve to 5-1 at home.
Sioux Falls (5-2) led 34-15 after the first quarter behind 10 points from Justin Hamilton. Both teams scored 26 points apiece in the second quarter as Sioux Falls led 60-41 at halftime.
Sioux Falls led by as many as 29 points in the second half and made sure that Tulsa (1-8) remained winless on the road. Sioux Falls shot a season-high 53.7 percent (44-of-82) from the field in the victory.
Hamilton finished with 21 points on 9-of-10 shooting from the field. Bill Walker scored a season-high 20 points behind 5-of-7 3-pointers and Charlie Westbrook added 12 points and five rebounds off the bench.
Grant Jerrett scored a game-high 23 points to go along with seven rebounds. Ben Uzoh contributed 14 points and six assists while Rodney Bartholomew posted his third double-double of the season with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
The same two teams will face each other again tomorrow night at the Sanford Pentagon at 7 p.m. CT.
