Shorthanded Sens Add Another

BINGHAMTON, New York – The Binghamton Senators announced today that center Bryson Busniuk has been signed to a 25-game professional tryout agreement (PTO).

The 6'2, 185 lb. Busniuk attended the Senators' preseason training camp before being released and subsequently signed by the Greensboro Generals (ECHL).

Busniuk is expected to make his AHL debut tonight at the Arena against the Albany River Rats (7:05 p.m.) as right wing Josh Langfeld is on recall in Ottawa and center Serge Payer not expected to be ready until tomorrow night's home contest versus Philadelphia (7:05 p.m.).

The 24-year old native of Thunder Bay, ON, made his professional debut in the United Hockey League last season, scoring three goals in six games with the Muskegon Fury following the completion of his collegiate season at the University of Vermont. Busniuk tallied five goals and assist in eight games with Greensboro this year prior to signing with Binghamton. Busniuk's career statistics appear below:
